About the role
The Bartender at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will deliver an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving a wide range of beverages in a luxury hotel environment. You will embody the brand’s service promise and ensure every guest leaves with a lasting positive impression.
Key responsibilities
- Mix and prepare a variety of cocktails and drinks while adhering to liquor laws.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑stocked bar, including inventory counts and ordering.
- Provide warm, personalized service to all guests and handle feedback professionally.
- Ensure compliance with Fairmont standards, health & safety regulations, and licensing hours.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury or up‑market hotel bar.
- Outstanding guest service skills with professional presentation.
- Physically fit and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in English (additional language is a plus).
Required skills
- Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Basic math and computer proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation.
