Back‑of‑House Supervisor – Meadowdale

About the role

The Back‑of‑House (BOH) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing product life‑cycle management, stock movements and store operations within the Meadowdale location. This role ensures the stockroom runs efficiently, supports the sales floor, and upholds the brand’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product entry to exit, driving productivity of deliveries, receiving, transfers and stockroom layout implementation.
• Act as a role model for stockroom processes, ensuring compliance, safety and continuous improvement.
• Use BI reporting to prioritize top‑selling items and eliminate “black holes” to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Own accurate and timely recording of all stock movements via inventory control (IC) processes and omnichannel systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, adjustments and capacity management.
• Lead, coach and develop the stockroom team, managing performance through the company’s performance system.
• Collaborate with merchandising, logistics and inventory control teams to meet store targets.
• Identify and communicate improvement opportunities to drive commercial success.

Required profile

• Strong awareness of store targets and ability to meet or exceed them.
• Retail and commercial expertise with a focus on merchandise flow.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Accountability, transparency and a commitment to health & safety standards.
• Willingness to learn, support colleagues and engage in regular training.

Required skills
