Backend Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Engineer to design, build and maintain distributed micro‑services that serve millions of customers worldwide. You will join a fast‑growing fintech team focused on delivering secure, high‑performance cryptocurrency services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and operate scalable micro‑services accessed by over 10 million users.
• Design, implement and maintain advanced application services using Go and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional pods to define, design and ship new features.
• Write testable, maintainable code and ensure robustness and reliability.
• Identify and fix bugs, improve performance and monitor system health.

Required profile

• Strong computer‑science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures and software design.
• Proven experience leading development efforts and delivering end‑to‑end projects.
• BSc/MSc/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Transparent, articulate and driven to succeed in a complex domain.
