B2B Commercial Sales Consultant

About the role

Latitude Resource is seeking an experienced B2B Commercial Sales Consultant to join its established blinds and shuttering business in Cape Town. You will be responsible for generating new business, converting leads into projects, and managing those projects through installation to final invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within large‑scale commercial projects.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, nurturing relationships with architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors and site managers.
• Present product recommendations, negotiate pricing and discounts, and close sales.
• Oversee project execution from inception to completion, ensuring timely installation and payment.
• Provide after‑sales support and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Report weekly pipeline updates to the National Marketing and Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Project Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the window and door covering market.
• Experience with commercial‑scale construction projects is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, deadline‑driven, with strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
