About the role

This full‑time learnership offers an entry point into the automotive industry, combining classroom‑based training with hands‑on experience in a live dealership environment. Successful candidates will earn a nationally recognised Occupational Certificate as an Automotive Sales Advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and guide clients through vehicle and parts purchases.
• Manage vehicle finance options and finalize sales transactions.
• Support merchandising, marketing, and promotion of vehicle stock.
• Handle stock inventory, conduct stock checks and maintain accurate records.
• Apply workplace safety, health, environment and quality practices.
• Execute new and used car sales processes, parts sales, and service control procedures.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• Valid medical certificate confirming fitness for the role.
• South African citizenship or valid work authorisation.
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Comfortable working toward targets in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Own transport and a valid driver’s licence (advantageous).
