Audio Category Manager

About the role

This role offers full ownership of the Audio portfolio, driving category growth, expanding margins and strategically positioning products across highly competitive retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the audio category.
• Manage product positioning and pricing across retail partners such as HiFi Corp, Makro, and Pick n Pay.
• Analyze market trends, forecast demand and monitor performance against targets.
• Negotiate contracts and procurement terms to improve margins.
• Own P&L for the audio category and report results to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in category management within retail or consumer electronics.
• Demonstrated success in sales growth and revenue generation.
• Strong analytical abilities with forecasting and trend interpretation.
• Experience negotiating contracts and procurement.
• Exposure to professional audio or entertainment production is advantageous.
