Attorney – Newly Admitted or Awaiting Admission

About the role

We are seeking a newly admitted or soon‑to‑be admitted attorney to join our tax‑focused legal team in Bryanston. This on‑site position offers immediate responsibility and the chance to specialise in tax law from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on tax matters for a diverse client base.
• Draft, review, and negotiate tax‑related agreements and documentation.
• Conduct legal research and stay current with South African tax legislation.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and tax specialists to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Assist in client meetings and represent the firm in tax‑focused discussions.

Required profile

• Completed LLB and articles of clerkship.
• Newly admitted to the roll or awaiting admission.
• Based in Bryanston, Gauteng, or within easy commuting distance.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ambitious, eager to build a long‑term career in a high‑performance environment.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of South African tax law.
• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
