About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join a premium retail store located at the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. You will support daily operations, ensure an excellent customer experience, and help drive sales to meet store targets.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing a high‑quality shopping experience.
- Drive sales and work towards achieving designated store targets.
- Maintain visual standards and neatness of the shop floor and product displays.
- Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in a retail sales environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work effectively within a retail team.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
