The position of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is dedicated to exceeding expectations of both internal and external guests to ensure the highest level of service is consistently provided. Teamwork is the key to success in providing a warm and personal experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure excellent guest service is delivered with the support of servers, assistant servers and food runners.
• Promote and maintain a positive working relationship with all colleagues of the Pullman Hotel.
• Lead and guide the servers and food runners, ensuring efficient teamwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all work areas and stations at all times.

Required profile

• Report for duty punctually in full uniform according to appearance and grooming standards.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of all hotel policies, procedures and service standards.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and warm hospitality to all guests.
• Foster teamwork and cooperation with all other positions in the outlet.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of food, dessert, coffee, tea, beverage menus and wine list.
• Cashiering and point‑of‑sale procedures, including handling all payment methods.
• Ability to operate all equipment used in the outlet and protect hotel assets.
