Aspiring Financial Adviser – Multiple South African Locations

About the role

We are seeking self‑motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join Old Mutual as Aspiring Financial Advisers. In this full‑time position you will work across several towns in the North West Province, helping customers identify their financial goals and delivering tailored advice.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and long‑term objectives.
• Provide sound, compliant financial advice and recommend appropriate products.
• Develop and implement “fit‑for‑purpose” financial plans.
• Maintain accurate records and use sales software to track client interactions.
• Build lasting relationships through proactive follow‑up and service excellence.

Required profile

• Self‑driven, dynamic and able to work independently.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Minimum education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Commitment to Old Mutual’s Employment Equity principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sales and customer‑relationship software.
• Ability to analyse client data and present clear recommendations.
