About the role

Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated, dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisers. In this role you will champion our customers’ financial aspirations, identify their needs, and deliver tailored advice and solutions that help them achieve lifelong goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client financial needs through consultative conversations.
• Provide sound, personalised financial advice and recommend appropriate products.
• Develop and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial plans and solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage sales data.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Matriculation Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset and consultative selling approach.
• Excellent oral communication and probing skills.
• Ability to act decisively and ensure accountability.
