About the role
Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated, dynamic individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as Aspiring Financial Advisers. You will work across Ballito, Stanger, Darnall, Tongaat and surrounding areas, helping customers achieve their lifetime financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customers' financial needs through consultative conversations.
- Provide sound, unbiased financial advice tailored to each client.
- Recommend and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial plans and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.
- Support the sales process by qualifying prospects and managing sales data.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial.
- Education: NQF Level 5 – Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate (or equivalent).
- Strong customer focus and ability to communicate clearly.
