Architectural Professional – SACAP Registered

About the role

FOCI Group is seeking an experienced Architectural Professional for an upcoming infrastructure and building project. The role requires SACAP registration and strong post‑registration experience in architectural design and project implementation within industrial or infrastructure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural requirements with civil, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Review drawings, specifications, technical documentation and construction deliverables.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary engineering and infrastructure project teams.
• Lead architectural design and implementation for industrial or complex building facilities.

Required profile

• Professionally registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).
• Formal qualification in Architectural Studies, Architecture or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post‑professional‑registration experience.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project implementation.
• Experience on industrial, infrastructure or complex building facilities.
• Strong understanding of applicable building regulations, standards and statutory requirements.
