Arabic Speaking Customer Service Agent

About the role

WNS Global Services manages and operates business processes for leading global organizations, custom-designing and running more than 400 processes as an extension of its clients' enterprises. It is hiring a full-time Arabic-speaking customer service agent in Cape Town to handle high-volume customer enquiries and support clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a reliable and trustworthy customer service and identify and understand customer needs to deliver high-quality service.
• Follow clear instructions to investigate, resolve and process high-volume enquiries in a timely and effective way.
• Escalate queries and complaints to the right channels so they are handled and resolved promptly.
• Give accurate product and service information to clients and promote and cross-sell products where applicable.
• Use customer information systems to keep records accurate and secure.
• Meet personal targets, follow company and department standards, and contribute to the team's success.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12.
• At least 6 to 12 months of customer service experience.
• At least 6 to 12 months of call centre experience.
• Neutral accent with excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency in MS Word, email and good typing speed.
• Customer orientation, results-driven and quality-focused approach.
• Planning, organizing and prioritizing, ability to work under pressure and to adapt to change.
• Teamwork, conflict resolution and empathy.
