Appointment Setter – Warm Leads for UK Homeowners

About the role

GlasGrowth is a UK growth agency that fills installers' diaries with qualified homeowner appointments. As an Appointment Setter you will turn warm leads into booked appointments for a portfolio of windows and doors installers.

Key responsibilities

• Call new warm leads within minutes of receipt across all clients.
• Qualify each lead using a checklist (homeowner status, service area, project timeline, decision‑maker availability).
• Book qualified appointments directly into the installer’s diary and ensure a clean handover.
• Run confirmation and reminder flows to minimise no‑shows and reschedule missed appointments.
• Work older leads (no‑shows and non‑bookers) with provided scripts to recover bookings.
• Log all activity in GoHighLevel to keep pipelines accurate.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, on‑brand phone demeanor.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel (pipelines, workflows, calendars, contact records).
• Clear, neutral English pronunciation that UK homeowners find natural; British‑leaning accent is a plus.
• Proven phone experience in appointment setting, inside sales, SDR or warm outbound calling.
• Based in South Africa with a quiet home office, reliable uncapped fibre, headset and load‑shedding backup.
• Available to work UK business hours (approximately 10:00‑19:00 UK time, Monday‑Friday).
• Organised and reliable – follow checklists exactly and never let a lead go cold.

What we offer

• £650 per month base salary (≈R15 000), paid monthly.
