Appointment Setter – Luxury Electrical & Automation

About the role

Our client is a leading commercial electrical contractor and building automation specialist based in Los Angeles, serving high‑end hospitality, luxury residential, and premium commercial projects. They are seeking a proactive Appointment Setter to drive client acquisition and lay the groundwork for future team‑leadership responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls to prospects in the luxury residential and commercial sectors.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, build rapport quickly, and schedule discovery or sales calls.
• Handle objections confidently, turning cold leads into warm opportunities.
• Represent the brand professionally, maintaining the elite image required for high‑value clients.
• Track outreach metrics and provide feedback to refine lead‑generation strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a strong, authoritative phone presence.
• Proven ability to overcome objections and sustain high call volumes.
• Strategic mindset with interest in progressing to a team‑leader or general‑manager role.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑3:30 pm PST.
