Appointment Setter

About the role

Social Refresh is seeking a proactive Appointment Setter to join its remote‑first team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and candidates, building relationships and creating qualified opportunities for the recruitment and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients and candidates via outbound calls and messages.
• Qualify leads, identify opportunities, and schedule appointments for the recruitment and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage appointment calendars.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and ensure a professional experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, customer service, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, work independently, and manage follow‑ups without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and other online productivity tools.
