Appointment Setter – Full‑time Contractor

About the role

The Appointment Setter will engage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for our sales team. This full‑time independent contractor position works on standard U.S. business hours and can be performed remotely from anywhere in the world.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to leads generated from paid and organic channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Initiate conversations, assess interest, and perform basic qualification of prospects.
• Maintain high daily call volume to maximize engagement and pipeline activity.
• Schedule qualified prospects for meetings with sales closers, ensuring accurate and timely booking.
• Manage calendars, coordinate logistics, and keep lead records up to date in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with a large volume of leads and track all interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales support.
• Comfortable handling high‑volume outreach and maintaining strong organization.
• Excellent English communication with a neutral or near‑native accent.
• Ability to work independently and align with team performance goals.
