Application Support Consultant

About the role

Network IT is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Application Support Consultant to provide first and second‑line support for workflow, automation and business process solutions. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work independently while delivering high‑quality service to a growing international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of support tickets from logging to resolution, communicating clearly via Microsoft Teams, email and remote sessions.
• Investigate, reproduce and troubleshoot workflow, form, integration and automation issues, including database problems using SQL queries.
• Prioritise incidents based on business impact and service‑level agreements, escalating complex cases to development teams when needed.
• Collaborate with consultants and developers to verify fixes, support deployment validation and post‑release activities.
• Maintain accurate ticket records in Jira and contribute to knowledge‑base articles and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

• Motivated, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple incidents efficiently.
