Application Support Consultant

About the role

Rewardsco Sales is seeking an Application Support Consultant to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical assistance for its outbound, inbound and international sales divisions. You will ensure system stability, maximise user productivity and deliver high‑quality service across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, Windows OS, email and authentication systems.
• Provide application support for internal sales platforms, CRM, dialler‑integrated tools and web applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, browser and application issues, escalating when necessary.
• Track and manage hardware assets assigned to the IT department.
• Deploy, update and patch Microsoft and third‑party software.
• Enforce security standards, including patching and compliance policies.
• Document procedures, troubleshooting steps and user guides.
• Coordinate small technical projects such as rollouts, migrations and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Matriculation certificate (essential).
• CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications (non‑negotiable).
• Studying towards or completed IT Diploma/Degree.
• 2‑3 years of desktop support experience.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities from OS to application layer.
• Experience in high‑volume environments (call‑centre experience advantageous).
• Clear criminal record.
