Aparthotel Receptionist – Cape Town

About the role

Join our team as an Aparthotel Receptionist in Cape Town, delivering memorable "wow" moments to guests across our Sea Point, Green Point and CBD locations. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check‑ins, answering enquiries and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and handle payments.
• Respond to emails, messages and phone calls from guests and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with Guest Experience, Property Managers, Operations and Concierges to resolve issues.
• Create bookings, process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Provide local recommendations and assist guests in planning city experiences.
• Support the concierge team and contribute to daily problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Based in Cape Town and able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• High emotional intelligence with strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent punctuality, a friendly smile and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable organising personal transport for early and mid shifts.
• Team‑player who thrives under pressure and cares deeply about guest experience.
