AMSS User Administrator – Asset Management Software

About the role

The AMSS User Administrator ensures the stability, integrity, and usefulness of the Asset Management Software Systems (AMSS) used by the NTTA Maintenance Department. This role supports the department that maintains facilities, roadway infrastructure, vehicles, and warehouse inventories.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update integrations between AMSS and other software packages.
• Manage version updates, upgrades, and user acceptance testing, including technical documentation and training materials.
• Provide technical support to maintenance personnel for planned and corrective maintenance, including use of smart field mobile devices.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and monitor AMSS issues such as work management, asset data imports, and KPI reporting.
• Analyze system performance, review logs, and resolve hardware, software, security, or integration alerts.
• Oversee application conversions, testing, and documentation of procedures.
• Participate in training design, delivery, and go‑live support as the primary point of contact for ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to translate business requirements into actionable solutions and assess new technology products.

Required profile

• Proven experience with maintenance and asset management systems in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong understanding of database technologies and protocols.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.
