About the role
The role involves coordinating and delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective instruction on both the AMOS aircraft maintenance system and regulatory compliance topics. The instructor will support South African Airways and third‑party partners in meeting stringent safety and airworthiness standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high‑quality instruction on the AMOS aircraft maintenance software.
- Provide regulatory training to ensure compliance with South African Airways and third‑party safety standards.
- Develop and maintain training materials that align with local and international airworthiness regulations.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programmes to meet cost‑effective goals.
- Ensure training complies with international airworthiness standards.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Required profile
- Proven experience in delivering technical training within the aviation sector.
- Strong understanding of airworthiness standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and instructional skills.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
