AI Workflow and Generative AI Architect

About the role

Hyrax is building an AI‑first agency model and needs a hands‑on AI Workflow and Generative AI Architect to design, implement and continuously improve internal AI‑powered systems. You will turn business challenges into practical AI tools that boost speed, quality and productivity across creative production, reporting, knowledge management and day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Map agency workflows (creative, media buying, sales, reporting, compliance, operations) to identify AI opportunities.
• Define and execute a roadmap of AI solutions focused on measurable productivity gains.
• Rapidly prototype, test with internal users and scale successful experiments into repeatable systems.
• Evaluate, select and integrate LLM providers, creative generation platforms and automation products.
• Establish operating standards for safe, consistent AI usage across the organisation.
• Build LLM‑powered assistants for research, briefing, campaign planning, copywriting, reporting and knowledge retrieval.
• Develop prompt libraries, agent workflows and retrieval systems that connect to internal data, CRM and reporting tools via APIs.
• Lead image, video and text generation initiatives to accelerate creative concepting, ad variations and short‑form assets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to translate business problems into working AI tools and automation.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying LLM‑based assistants and agents.
• Familiarity with API integration, automation platforms and generative media tools.
• Strong focus on measurable impact, adoption tracking and continuous improvement.
• Experience in a regulated or performance‑marketing environment is a plus.
