AI Trainer & Evaluator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Trainer & Evaluator to work remotely on a contract basis. In this position you will help shape next‑generation AI models by providing high‑quality annotations, evaluations and feedback on AI‑generated content across multiple domains.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and score AI‑generated responses using defined rubrics and metrics across diverse subjects.
• Annotate and categorize data sets to improve model accuracy and reliability.
• Review content for relevance, coherence and factual accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to inform ongoing model improvements.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to interpret guidelines and refine evaluation rubrics.
• Document findings and maintain precise records of annotations and evaluations.
• Conduct critical reading and analysis of complex material in business, finance, marketing, healthcare and legal domains.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience evaluating large volumes of content against detailed criteria.
• Background in business, finance, legal, marketing, healthcare or research is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with annotation tools or AI evaluation platforms (if any).
