AI Solution Engineer

About the role

MRI Software is looking for an AI Solution Engineer to lead the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation and advanced productivity tools across its Professional Services organisation. Working on U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours, you will design, build and deploy enterprise‑grade AI solutions that improve delivery efficiency and accelerate project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI‑powered solutions, Copilot agents and custom workflows using Microsoft technologies.
• Create and test proof‑of‑concepts, pilots and reusable accelerators to reduce manual effort.
• Analyse delivery processes and engineer AI automation for high‑friction tasks such as documentation, requirements gathering and reporting.
• Evaluate emerging AI models, LLMs and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) to recommend adoption strategies.
• Document solution architectures, design patterns and best practices, building internal knowledge repositories.
• Educate and mentor consultants on prompt engineering and effective AI tool usage through workshops and demonstrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, consulting, automation or technical delivery.
• Proven hands‑on experience building or deploying AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Azure AI or OpenAI.
