About the role
Our client in the Eastern Suburbs of Johannesburg is seeking an AI & Data Analyst to strengthen their internal audit function. You will combine data analytics with AI techniques to improve audit quality, efficiency and business insight.
Key responsibilities
- Execute data analytics procedures within an integrated internal audit approach.
- Lead standalone analytics reviews and projects.
- Apply AI and advanced analytics to enhance audit planning, execution and reporting.
- Develop data models that support efficiency creation and oversight development for business units.
- Collaborate with audit teams to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
Required profile
- Matric or higher qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Informatics or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis and AI implementation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently on complex datasets.
