Agile Project Manager – Software Delivery

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead the delivery of bespoke software solutions for our clients. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project timelines, and act as the main liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and reviews.
• Use Azure DevOps for backlog grooming, sprint planning, progress tracking and reporting.
• Define project scopes, goals and deliverables together with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain roadmaps, timelines and resource plans while adapting to changing requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
• Coordinate collaboration across development, design, QA and DevOps teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and impediments proactively.
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback loops and Agile best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience delivering custom software in an Agile environment.
• Hands‑on experience managing teams and work items with Azure DevOps.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client‑facing and internal interactions.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
