Agile Project Manager – Lead Software Projects

About the role

The Agile Project Manager will lead enterprise‑wide software projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with business strategy. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, run agile ceremonies and act as a mentor for agile best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering goals, strategy, staffing, schedule, risk identification and mitigation.
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, ensuring the team works on the right tasks at the right time.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to translate epics and user stories into actionable delivery tasks.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimations and financial reporting, keeping expenditures within approved scope.
• Engage diverse stakeholders, communicate progress through status reports and quality metrics, and handle change‑management activities.
• Monitor project performance, track benefits throughout the lifecycle and escalate deviations promptly.
• Ensure scope management, dependency handling and adherence to governance standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading software projects using Agile frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple business groups.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules and risk throughout a project lifecycle.
• Experience coaching teams on Agile practices and facilitating ceremonies.
