Agile Project Manager – Lead Software Delivery

About the role

We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to plan, direct and coordinate enterprise‑wide software projects. You will ensure project goals align with business strategy, mentor teams on agile best practices, and work closely with product managers to translate backlog items into actionable tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Agile processes across software projects to improve quality and meet strategic goals.
• Facilitate weekly agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including goals, staffing, schedules, risk identification and contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress, produce status reports and manage budgets within scope.
• Engage diverse stakeholders, define communication needs and ensure effective change management.
• Track benefits throughout the project lifecycle and escalate deviations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading software projects using Agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into non‑technical language.
• Ability to estimate costs, manage budgets and control project scope.
• Experience in change management and post‑implementation support.
