AgencyPlus Community Advisor

About the role

Join FNB’s AgencyPlus initiative as a Community Advisor and help deliver an exceptional, efficient customer experience. You will work within the FNB Points of Presence, guiding clients toward the most suitable banking channels and solutions while upholding the brand promise of "how can we help you?".

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored product solutions.
• Communicate processes and requirements clearly, directing customers to digital and self‑service channels.
• Analyze customer data to recommend appropriate banking platforms and optimise channel usage.
• Achieve sales targets by delivering contextual, integrated financial solutions.
• Ensure all interactions comply with policies, risk guidelines and service standards.
• Maintain high accuracy, support cost‑containment initiatives and continuously update product knowledge.

Required profile

• NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or a related field recognised by FAIS.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer‑facing, service delivery or client support within financial services.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence guiding customers toward digital and self‑service solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and adherence to processes.
