About the role
The firm seeks an admitted attorney to join its litigation team, focusing on foreclosure and banking litigation matters.
Key responsibilities
- Handle foreclosure and banking litigation cases for clients.
- Draft high‑volume pleadings and court documents.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years post‑admission experience.
- Majority of experience in foreclosures or banking litigation.
- Bilingual proficiency.
- Right of appearance in the High Court (advantageous).
- Knowledge of banking systems such as SB Legal, CACS, Debt Manager, Vertigo, and AJS.
