Administrative Clerk

About the role

The Administrative Clerk will join the Clover Bloemfontein Distribution Branch to perform essential clerical duties that keep the branch’s daily operations running smoothly. This position focuses on processing and finalising orders, generating regular reports and handling invoice documentation. The role is centred on accuracy, timeliness and supporting internal communication between satellite locations.

Key responsibilities

• Close customer orders in the ERMS (Enterprise Resource Management System) ensuring all data is correctly recorded.
• Prepare and dispatch hourly satellite reports to relevant branches, maintaining up‑to‑date information flow.
• Compile and send inter‑branch reports that summarise operational metrics.
• Print, organise and file invoices for distribution and accounting purposes.
• Assist with any additional administrative tasks as directed by the branch manager.

The clerk will work closely with the distribution team to ensure that all paperwork is processed efficiently and that reporting deadlines are met.
