About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Clerk to join our Kuruman Distribution team. In this position you will play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly by handling data capture, document management, and a variety of routine administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and verify data accurately into company systems.
- Organise, file, and maintain both physical and digital documentation.
- Support the distribution team with day‑to‑day administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
- Assist in preparing reports and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Organised, self‑motivated and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
