About the role
We are seeking an Administration Supervisor for our Return Center in Johannesburg. The role involves overseeing daily administrative processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting the client’s operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- File all received documents according to standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and verify Good Received Vouchers (GRVs) in numeric sequence.
- Investigate under- and over-charge discrepancies using transaction codes XPAIF and XP8IF.
- Liaise with the Client Administration Manager on charge queries and incident reports.
- Return damaged or near‑expiry stock to suppliers with proper signed documentation.
- Assist with special projects and supplier query investigations.
- Raise IT support incidents when required.
- Conduct audits, verify processes and alert managers to potential shrinkage.
- Match GRV stock against invoices to ensure no discrepancies.
- Process and file leave documentation with agencies.
- Perform performance checks on receivers and manage people‑related tasks.
