About the role
We are looking for an experienced Administration Supervisor to lead our clerical and administrative team at our Kempton Park office. You will ensure smooth, accurate processing of data, manage office resources, and support the logistics operations of a leading company.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and control the quality of work activities of the administrative team, ensuring timely data entry, record keeping and document control.
- Arrange travel for all staff and manage communication equipment contracts (cell phones, data cards, tablets).
- Oversee office rental equipment and related national contracts.
- Assist with head‑office catering, events, and supervise reception and cleaning staff.
- Handle procurement of refreshments, uniforms, PPE and manage petty cash.
- Process purchase orders for administrative goods and services.
- Execute tasks in line with operating procedures, service level agreements, governance and compliance processes.
- Adhere to occupational health and safety policies.
Required profile
- Grade 12 and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (NQF Level 7).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a tactical leadership or specialist role.
- Strong administration abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
