About the role
The Admin Controller will act as a Brand Ambassador for Medicross Highway Rehabilitation Hospital, delivering person‑centred customer service while upholding the organisation’s values of care, truth, participation, compassion and dignity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional service to all customers in line with Netcare strategic themes.
- Monitor and maintain accurate administration of allocated business units.
- Send out notices and collect overdue accounts, resolving any related queries.
- Minimise financial exposure by managing credit extended to the business.
- Render exceptional service to patients and customers across the hospital.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in finance or administration within a healthcare setting.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to act as a brand ambassador.
- Ability to handle credit management, collections and query resolution.
- Commitment to the organisation’s values of care, truth, participation, compassion and dignity.
