About the role
We are seeking two motivated Admin Clerks to support our parcel operations at the Cape Town depot. The role involves handling import/export documentation, customer queries, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
Key responsibilities
- Capture waybills and manifests accurately.
- Liaise with clients and clearing agents on import/export documentation.
- Follow up daily with customers regarding proofs of delivery, payments and outstanding paperwork.
- Respond to customer queries promptly.
- Maintain proper housekeeping of all documentation.
- Perform any other duties related to admin clerk responsibilities.
Required profile
- South African citizen.
- Grade 12 certificate.
- 2‑3 years experience as an admin clerk with customer service exposure.
- Computer literate; experience with SAP or Parcel Perfect is a distinct advantage.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Friendly, presentable and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Initiative and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work overtime.
- High regard for honesty and integrity.
