Additional Site Supervisor – Temporary Employment Services

About the role

Indgro Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join its dynamic team in the Temporary Employment Services sector. The role is based in the Cape Town area, with applicants expected to reside in or around Midrand. You will be responsible for ensuring that contracted sites operate in line with Service Level Agreements while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure sites comply with SLA terms covering service delivery, staffing levels, disciplinary actions and payroll.
• Balance operational efficiency with financial profitability according to contracted measurables.
• Administer contracts and site allocations, including equipment and consumables management.
• Produce regular reports on headcount, CSI, discipline and client dashboards.
• Oversee health and safety, reporting all injury‑on‑duty incidents.
• Drive business growth, ensure legal compliance and evaluate service delivery.

Required profile

• Grade 12 and a diploma or relevant tertiary qualification.
• Minimum three years experience in warehousing and logistics.
• Code 8 driver’s licence with reliable transport.
• Experience in the Temporary Employment Services industry.
• Strong attention to detail, urgency and results‑driven mindset.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of legislation related to TES or functional outsourcing in a manufacturing environment.
