Actuarial Analyst - CEO Office

About the role

The Actuarial Analyst will work within the CEO Office, reporting to the Executive Associate. This high‑impact position supports the CEO, Executive Associate and senior leaders by providing rigorous analysis, structured problem‑solving and execution across strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Generate data‑driven insights and scenario analyses for executive committee discussions and board papers.
• Prepare executive briefs, presentations and analytical reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives across actuarial, underwriting, finance, risk and operations teams.
• Develop dashboards and insight packs used in governance forums and monitor profitability through portfolio reviews.
• Ensure actuarial models are accurate, up‑to‑date and aligned with professional standards.
• Analyse trends in claims, underwriting, growth and retention, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Lead or assist with cross‑functional projects such as product development, digital transformation and pricing system upgrades.
• Liaise with actuarial, data science, underwriting, finance and risk departments to facilitate communication between the executive office and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capability combined with sound business judgement.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Experience supporting senior executives and coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive briefs and presentations.
