Accountant – Financial Reporting & Management

About the role

Oasis Group Holdings is looking for an experienced Accountant to join its finance team. You will support financial management, reporting, compliance and operational effectiveness across multiple entities within the group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and detailed variance analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow forecasting and financial planning.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, month‑end and year‑end processes, and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Prepare and review VAT, PAYE and other tax submissions; support corporate tax compliance.
• Assist with group consolidations, multi‑entity reporting and board/executive reporting packs.
• Monitor cash positions, liquidity, treasury relationships and foreign‑currency reporting.
• Maintain internal control frameworks and contribute to risk‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Accounting degree (BCom/BAcc/BCompt) with majors in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting or Taxation.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multi‑entity or group environment.
• Strong financial and management accounting knowledge, including budgeting and cash‑flow management.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical ability and excellent organisational skills.
