Account Relationship Manager

About the role

The Account Relationship Manager will act as the primary liaison between Werkie and its corporate clients, overseeing the end‑to‑end recruitment process. This role combines client acquisition, vacancy management, and candidate placement to ensure timely and high‑quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Receive new client accounts and vacancies from the Sales Manager and take full ownership of the recruitment cycle.
• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings to understand client business, culture, team dynamics, and job requirements.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Ensure three to four fully screened candidates are ready for client presentation within agreed timelines.
• Present candidates to clients, highlight their suitability, and address any objections.
• Drive the process from presentation through offer, acceptance, and final placement.
• Maintain post‑placement follow‑up with both client and candidate for up to four months.
• Manage recruitment timelines to fill vacancies as quickly as possible.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, promote repeat business, and identify additional vacancies.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client‑facing experience, preferably in sales or recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a focus on relationship building.
