Account Manager – Remote (US EST)

About the role

Job Duck is looking for a proactive Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for our US‑based clients. You will build long‑term relationships, understand client goals, and align our solutions to help them succeed while working remotely on an EST schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support staff to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Monitor account performance, identify improvement and expansion opportunities.
• Diagnose client challenges and guide them to appropriate solutions.
• Serve as the central coordination point between clients and internal teams.
• Drive client retention, identify risks, and address concerns proactively.
• Lead client meetings, onboarding, launch sessions, and ongoing check‑ins.
• Maintain accurate documentation of notes, updates, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute to company initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in customer service, client relations, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
• High level of professionalism and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
