About the role
Remote Recruitment is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of UK clients from South Africa. The role is fully remote and focuses on building strong relationships, retaining business, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of UK clients.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular account reviews and present performance updates.
- Identify and develop upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client success.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Commercial mindset with a proven track record of account growth.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary of R27,000 per month.
- Full‑time, permanent remote position.
- Working hours: 09:00‑17:00 UK time (11:00‑19:00 SAST).
- Equipment provided and 20 days paid leave.
