Account Manager – Partnerships

About the role

The Account Manager – Partnerships will support the Sales Manager in delivering operational and promotional plans for assigned accounts. Working within a fast‑moving telecommunications environment, the role focuses on driving revenue growth and strengthening MT N’s brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide input into operational and promotional planning to ensure revenue growth.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain commercial agreements and manage relationships within the assigned portfolio.
• Assist with the end‑to‑end management of account and promotional plans.
• Resolve escalated issues and coordinate with supply chain, billing and other functions to meet service level agreements.
• Implement innovative promotional activities aligned with marketing and channel objectives.
• Support forecasting of acquisition, retention and stock requirements.
• Liaise with training and marketing to address staff training needs.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a highly pressurised, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong team‑focused attitude in a diverse, participative setting.
• Good understanding of telecom and ISP market dynamics.
