About the role

A dynamic customer‑facing role focused on managing, retaining, and growing an established client database. Account Managers build trusted partnerships across retail, motor, and industrial sectors by delivering high‑demand power tools, hardware, and a wide product range tailored to varied end‑user budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Call on existing customers regularly to understand their business needs, build trust, and deliver exceptional service.
• Account Retention & Growth: Retain and expand the existing customer database through quality service and an optimal customer journey.
• Consultative & Solution Selling: Conduct needs assessments, resolve queries, and advise on new product innovations during high‑quality customer calls.
• Product Matching: Act as a trusted subject‑matter expert, matching DIY and industrial tool solutions to customer requirements.

Required profile

• Experience: Previous account‑management experience is ideal; strong persuasion, negotiation, and learning capabilities are also valued.
• Communication Skills: Highly articulate, polite, engaging, and a skilled listener.
• Mindset: Confident yet respectful, positive attitude, career‑oriented, and dedicated to delivering long‑term sales quality.
