Account Manager: Lusophone Africa (Portuguese speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with senior decision‑makers across Lusophone African markets. In this role you will partner with channel partners, create demand for our risk‑assessment solutions, and drive revenue growth while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with senior‑level decision makers and influencers within assigned channel partner accounts.
• Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities in existing and prospective accounts.
• Create demand for products and services by increasing awareness and profile with customers.
• Achieve revenue targets by increasing spend per account.
• Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with senior customer stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans in line with broader sales objectives.
• Monitor resources and work within the overall sales plan.
• Support team success by training new members and contributing to performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and managing relationships with senior‑level customer stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and close sales opportunities.
• Strong account management and customer relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience planning and executing territory or account strategies.
• Collaborative approach with a willingness to support and develop team members.
