Account Manager

About the role

Beyond Med is expanding its corporate wellness platform and needs a highly organized Account Manager to join its remote South African team. You will be the primary relationship owner for employer groups, guiding them through onboarding, ongoing engagement, and long‑term retention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation calls and coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new employer groups.
• Educate HR and benefits administrators on platform capabilities, workflows, and best practices.
• Serve as the main point of contact for HR leaders, building trust‑based relationships and conducting regular business reviews.
• Design and execute marketing and communication initiatives to boost employee participation.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Monitor engagement metrics, provide actionable insights, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, and collaborate with finance to resolve payment issues.
• Act as the voice of the customer, surfacing feedback to improve product and processes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in account management or client success.
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Based in South Africa.
