Account Manager II

About the role

As an Account Manager II you will nurture and expand relationships with LexisNexis Legal & Professional customers, driving revenue protection and growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying needs and showcasing the value of our legal‑tech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and up‑skill team members to achieve shared sales targets.
• Maintain accurate planning, documentation, reporting and data recording.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets through up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Identify key account issues, articulate business value of LexisNexis products.
• Ensure customer experience aligns with quality and contact frequency goals.
• Build strong relationships with decision makers and influencers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and account retention.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance expectations.
• Strong communication, time‑management and planning abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of spotting sales opportunities.
• Ability to positively influence teams and wider business.
