Account Manager – Eastern Cape Construction

About the role

Hilti is looking for a highly driven Account Manager to own a territory across the Eastern Cape construction market, based in Port Elizabeth. You will be front‑line with customers, creating opportunities and turning them into results while acting as the owner of your own portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within the assigned territory by managing opportunities and meeting sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with partners, contractors, system integrators and end users across construction sites, plants, offices and warehouses.
• Grow key Hilti products, introduce new solutions and ensure effective customer coverage for profitable growth.
• Demonstrate and support Hilti products on‑site and maintain a strong understanding of the market, competitors and trends through ongoing research and monthly reporting.

Required profile

• Completed Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a construction‑related role with solid strategic sales knowledge.
• Proven ability to work with large sales teams and develop client‑focused, differentiated solutions.
• Strong networking skills with senior management (Owner, GM, CEO, HODs) and excellent communication abilities.
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
